• Complete referrals and associated paperwork arising from their clinical work.

Quality and Contractual Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) requirements.
• Ensuring accurate clinical coding and use of templates (e.g., Arden's).
• Following protocols relating to data collection and chargeable NHS/private services to ensure appropriate reimbursement to the practice.

Meetings and Teamwork

Attendance is expected at:

• Practice meetings.
• Clinical governance and audit meetings.
• Significant event reviews.
• Educational sessions.
• Primary Care Network (PCN) multidisciplinary meetings.
• Clinical workload may be adjusted when attendance is required.
