Kingswinford & Wordsley Primary Care Network is seeking a salaried GP to join its leadership team across five practices serving 50,000+ patients. The role involves clinical consultations, managing acute and chronic conditions, and prescribing, with four sessions weekly and two Saturday sessions.

The post requires Full GMC registration and inclusion on NHS England Medical Performers List; you will work across member practices and participate in network services and clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Primary medical qualification recognised by the GMC.
• CCT in General Practice or another recognised route to the GMC GP Register.
• MRCGP or recognised equivalent, where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Carry out face-to-face, telephone and remote consultations, assessing, diagnosing and managing patients with acute, chronic and undiagnosed conditions.
• Prescribe safely and cost-effectively, generate and authorise prescriptions, respond to medicines queries.
• Undertake home visits and participate in urgent and other clinical activity on the rota.
• Review results and act on them, keep accurate patient records on EMIS Web.
• Provide health promotion, referrals and signposting, work across PCN practices, contribute to services and pathways.
• Join multidisciplinary team meetings and support clinical governance and audit.
