Job summary

gtd healthcare is recruiting a Salaried GP to undertake the Medical Leadership role at Guide Bridge Medical Practice. The position is permanent, with 4 hours per week of protected non-patient activity time for leadership and management support.

We are a busy but friendly practice serving a 5200 patient list with free onsite parking near major motorway links. As a high QoF-achieving practice, we pride ourselves on infection prevention and evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP with licence to practice in the UK.
• Commitment to appraisal and GMC requirements for licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and urgent clinical care for both acute and long term conditions in line with local and national guidelines.
• Lead and support the practice team to improve standards of care and meet QoF and KLOE objectives.
• Attend regular clinical meetings and participate in safeguarding and MDT activities.
• Engage with digital technologies and patient triage systems as part of service delivery.
