Gtd Healthcare invites applications for a Salaried GP & Medical Lead at Charlestown Medical Practice in Manchester. The role combines clinical duties with medical leadership, supporting colleagues and driving improvements.

The post is permanent with 15-37.5 hours per week across Mon–Fri, offering flexible working patterns and a focus on high-quality patient care within a proactive primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Essential: General Practitioner with GMC registration and CCT.
• Desirable: MRCGP or equivalent senior GP experience.
• Desirable: experience leading a primary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and urgent clinical care for acute and long-term conditions in line with guidelines.
• Implement and support digital health tools and patient triage systems.
• Attend regular practice and clinical meetings; engage in safeguarding and MDT activities.
• Drive quality improvement to meet QoF targets and KLOE objectives.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and GMC compliance.
• Provide strong clinical leadership and support for peers and GP trainees.
• Foster a collaborative and positive clinical culture.
