Prospect Health is recruiting a GP for a well-established practice in Pembrokeshire, Pembrokeshire West Wales & the Valleys. The post offers a varied clinical workload, strong work-life balance and opportunities for professional development.

The role pays £66,000–£72,000 per year and supports relocation and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. The practice serves about 13,000 patients with a team of four GP partners and three salaried GPs, backed by a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• GMC registration or eligibility to work as a GP in NHS Wales is required.

About the Practice

The practice serves approximately 13,000 patients across Pembrokeshire. The clinical team includes four GP partners and three salaried GPs, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

The Role

• 6 sessions per week, with flexible working options.
• A mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Participation in the duty doctor rota on a pro-rata basis.
• Occasional home visits.
• Involvement in clinical meetings, teaching and multidisciplinary working.
