Qualifications

• GMC registration with licence to practise required.
• Inclusion on NHS England Medical Performers List.
• MRCGP or equivalent.
• Professional indemnity arrangements in place.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage GP Triage dashboard and online consultations.
• Provide consultations for acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe safely and refer appropriately.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete documentation.
• Participate in clinical governance and safeguarding.
