Job summary

Flansham Park Health Centre in West Sussex seeks a Salaried GP to provide autonomous medical care, maintaining high clinical standards. You’ll work within a skilled multidisciplinary team and follow the GMS contract, contributing to practice development and patient care.

Indemnity is paid and a supportive training environment is offered. The role includes six sessions weekly with a view to progression and long-term commitment to the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in primary care environment and GP practice settings.
• Active GMC registration and eligibility to practice in the UK.
• Understanding of the GMS contract and QOF processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous medical care to the practice population.
• Follow GMC standards and contribute to clinical governance.
• Manage patient care, referrals, and long-term conditions.
• Participate in duty rota and collaborative team work.
