Job summary

Balmoral Surgery in Deal, Kent is seeking a Salaried GP to join for 6 sessions per week. The practice is a well-established CQC-outstanding training site with a strong commitment to education and professional development.

We offer a supportive team environment, opportunities to develop clinical interests, and strong multidisciplinary support through our PCN. Newly qualified GPs are welcome to apply and encouraged to engage in ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified GPs are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a busy general practice is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services to the practice population as part of a collaborative team.
• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, and manage ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Refer patients to secondary care when appropriate and work with the wider practice and PCN teams to support care delivery.
