Job summary

The Balmoral in Deal is seeking a GP to join an experienced clinical team of four GP Partners, three Salaried GPs, an ACP and a Paramedic. As a training practice, we support learning and development across the team and offer excellent multidisciplinary support through Deal and Sandwich PCN.

We provide a friendly, supportive environment with opportunities to develop clinical interests, a competitive salary dependent on experience, 6 sessions per week, 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave,

• Contribute to training and development within a CQC-rated Outstanding training practice.
• Engage with Deal and Sandwich PCN and multidisciplinary support.

Job description

You will be joining an experienced and friendly clinical team comprising four GP Partners, three Salaried GPs, an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) and a Paramedic. We work closely together and value a collaborative approach to patient care. As a training practice, we also enjoy supporting learning and development across the whole team. Excellent multidisciplinary support Our involvement with the Deal and Sandwich PCN means our clinical team is supported by a range of additional professionals, including an Early Help Care Home Team, Social Prescribers, Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists and Adult and Child Mental Health Practitioners. This wider multidisciplinary approach provides valuable support to our GPs and patients, helping us to provide holistic care and ensuring patients can access the right services and expertise.
