Position

Tonbridge Medical Group is a well-established, training practice of 18,000 patients, in modern state of the art facilities in the centre of the town.

Teamwork is at the heart of what we offer: we have an open door policy, structured full staff daily coffee breaks, building on our collaborative, supportive approach.

• The successful candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner, providing high-quality medical services to patients.
• You will manage a range of health needs within a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and professionalism.
• The role includes routine surgery clinics (max 14 patient contacts) and participation in the duty doctor rota.
• Expectation to keep up-to-date and support through education and career development.
• For newly qualified GPs, TMG offers an excellent environment in which to grow in confidence, develop clinical expertise, and build a rewarding long-term career.
• List based care, capped per session and not strictly enforced.
