Job summary

St Paul’s Surgery in Winchester is seeking a GP to join our high-performing NHS practice. The role is salaried, 4–6 sessions per week, with a mix of routine, face-to-face and telephone consultations, plus same-day urgent care in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold GMC registration, be on the NHS England Medical Performers List, and possess a GP qualification (CCT or equivalent). We offer NHS pension and a collaborative environment in modern premises with on-site parking.

St Paul’s Surgery is a high-performing NHS GP practice in the beautiful city of Winchester. We currently care for 24,000 patients, creating an exciting opportunity to join our team.

The Role/ Person specification

• 4–6 sessions per week, salaried, non-list-holding GP position
• Applicants must hold GMC registration, be included on the NHS England Medical Performers List, and hold a recognised GP qualification (CCT or equivalent).
• Flexible start and finish times where service requirements allow
• A set number of daily appointments including routine, face to face and telephone consultations. However, we are looking for a GP who is happy to contribute to our same-day urgent care workload and work regular late sessions, with some clinics finishing at 6.30pm
