Job summary

St Paul’s Surgery in Winchester is seeking a GP to join our high-performing NHS practice. The role is salaried, 4–6 sessions per week, with a mix of routine, face-to-face and telephone consultations, plus same-day urgent care in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold GMC registration, be on the NHS England Medical Performers List, and possess a GP qualification (CCT or equivalent). We offer NHS pension and a collaborative environment in modern premises with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Must hold GMC registration and be on the NHS England Medical Performers List.
• Must hold a recognised GP qualification (CCT or equivalent).
• Flexible start/finish times to fit service needs.
• 4–6 salaried sessions per week with routine, face-to-face and telephone consultations; some late clinics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide routine, face-to-face, telephone consultations and same-day urgent care.
• Support continuity of care and contribute to service improvements.
