Job summary

Menlo Park International GPs is seeking a Salaried GP north of Plymouth for a manageable, structured workload. The role offers £12,400–£12,900 per session with indemnity paid, NHS pension, and a generous leave entitlement.

• Experience delivering structured, predictable patient care with reduced home visits.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with efficient admin and MDT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 27 patients per day with 15-minute slots.
• Deliver a mix of F2F, telephone, and e-consults.
• Collaborate with MDT including ANPs, Paramedics, Pharmacists and Mental Health support.

A genuinely manageable, well-structured GP workload. A highly regarded GP Training Practice just north of Plymouth is seeking a Salaried GP to join a stable, experienced team. This is a rare opportunity offering an exceptional sessional rate, hybrid working, and a well-supported, structured day with minimal home visiting and no traditional duty doctor model.

Workload & Structure

• 4+ sessions
• 27 patients per day, structured and predictable
• 15-minute appointments
• Mix of F2F, calls and e-consults
• Protected admin / task slots built into the day
• No traditional duty doctor model
• Acute Hub system in place
• First patient not until 09:30 when covering
• Minimal home visits
• Covered daily by Paramedic / ANP team
• Excellent continuity of care with your own patient list
