Job summary

Royal College of General Practitioners is seeking a Salaried GP in Salisbury for a well-structured day with strong MDT support and a collaborative culture. The practice offers ANP-led triage, home visiting service and supportive pharmacy input to keep GP workload safe and sustainable.

The role provides 4–6 sessions with 15-minute appointments, no home visits, and no traditional Duty Doctor, fostering a balanced workload and excellent feedback from GPs placed before.

• Operate within an ANP-led triage model and participate in shared decision-making.

• Circa £12,500 per session rising to £13,000 after 6 months

Workload & Structure

• 4–6 sessions available
• 15-minute appointments throughout
• No home visits
• No traditional Duty Doctor

• Mixture of pre-booked and same-day appointments
• Pooled list with fair-share admin only
• Daily whole-team clinical meeting at 1:30pm
