Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated GP to join our clinical team at Rise Park Surgery. This role involves working 4-6 sessions per week, with days negotiated. We are open from 0700 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and the successful applicant will cover one early morning session.

Our recently extended building offers a modern clinical space tailored to our needs. We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified GPs, including those interested in the Phoenix program or on the GP retainer scheme.

Benefits include 30 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, 5 days of pro-rata study leave, and coverage of medical defence indemnity expenses for work at Rise Park Surgery.

Main duties of the job

1. Work as an autonomous practitioner providing medical services to our patient population.
2. Deliver high standards of clinical care, including being the duty doctor on call, in accordance with the GMS contract.
3. Adhere to GMC standards and contribute to effective practice management.
4. Maintain positive, collaborative relationships within the multidisciplinary team.

Rise Park Surgery is a vibrant, forward-thinking Nottingham City practice serving 9,600 patients. Our team includes GP partners, salaried GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, and various ARRS staff, including pharmacists and mental health workers.

Salary is dependent on experience. The position is permanent and part-time, based at Revelstoke Way, Nottingham.
