You want to login/join with:

• Incredibly involved locally, including community outreach schemes – working ‘with’ their patients rather than ‘for’ them
• Geared towards reducing GP workload. Workflow is optimized as much as possible – ‘we’ve gone as far as we can with it’. Virtually no home visits. No Duty Doctor!
• One-site working (no branch surgeries), and GPs get their own room
• SystmOne practice

Your Role –

• 4 or more sessions
• Flexible start and finish times
• Very reasonable workload: 14 patients per session – 4 pre-bookable, 2 GP book-only, 8 same-day. 15 minutes available for all
• 45 minutes admin time at the end of each session
• No Duty Doctor
• Doctors’ coffee every morning and catch-up slots included
