Key Duties:

• Manage a stable patient list of just over 10,000 with a low number of home visits.
• Work within a supportive, experienced clinical team including Nurse Practitioners and Nurses.
• Offer 4-8 sessions per week with flexible working days and session timings.
• Join an existing team of permanent GPs.
• Opportunity to take on a Clinical Lead position if desired.
