Job summary

iO Associates is seeking a Sage Intacct Technical Integration Consultant for ad hoc remote support. The candidate will integrate Sage Intacct with CRM, eCommerce, billing, payments, and other systems, using XML Web Services and REST APIs. Minimum hands-on Sage Intacct experience is essential; certification is a plus.

Role is a flexible, project-based consulting engagement working remotely, with an emphasis on data mapping, validation, and real-time data synchronization across multi-entity setups.

Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on experience with Sage Intacct.
• Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct APIs (XML Web Services and REST).
• Experience mapping objects and data flows between systems.
• Sage Intacct certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Sage Intacct integration projects.
• Advise teams on Intacct functionality, objects and API behaviour.
• Support integrations between Sage Intacct and CRM, eCommerce, and other systems.
• Work with Sage Intacct XML Web Services and REST APIs.
• Map standard and custom objects, fields and dimensions.
• Troubleshoot authentication, permissions, data mapping and API errors.
• Ensure integrations reflect financial processes and assist with testing and documentation.
