Job summary

Allen Lane Limited is seeking an Interim Finance Systems Analyst in London. You will support the ongoing Sage Intacct implementation, optimise data quality and reporting, and improve user experience across a multi-site education organisation.

You will work with finance, operations and IT to administer the system, enable integrations, manage data and drive end-user adoption. You will analyse requirements, troubleshoot issues, train colleagues and document processes as part of a finance systems

Qualifications

Hands-on experience supporting finance systems in live environments.
Experience with integrations and data management.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation, configuration and ongoing development of Sage Intacct.
Administer finance systems and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Support system integrations using APIs, JSON and XML.
Manage data validation, cleansing, migration and reconciliation activities.
Develop and enhance reporting capabilities using Excel and Power Query.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Investigate and resolve system, data and integration issues.
Produce system documentation, user guides and process maps.
Train and support colleagues in the use of finance systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement with stakeholders.
Assist with testing and QA during enhancements and upgrades.
