Zusammenfassung

HCLTech is seeking an experienced ERP support lead in the UK to provide L3 support for Sage Intacct and Sage MAS 200, driving critical issue resolutions and ongoing improvements. You will mentor teams, coordinate with Finance and Audit, and ensure robust financial operations across GL, AP, AR, and reporting modules.

The role focuses on end-to-end close processes, system upgrades, governance, and strong stakeholder communication to sustain enterprise-scale ERP platforms in a dynamic business

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Sage Intacct and Sage MAS 200 ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management, and consolidation.
• Experience with month-, quarter-, and year-end closes and RCA.
• Ability to mentor support teams and manage escalations.

• Lead incident, problem, change and release management with SLA/compliance.
• Mentor support teams and act as escalation point for critical issues.
• Expertise in Sage Intacct, Sage MAS 200/Sage 100 and financial processes.

• Provide L3 support and technical leadership for Sage Intacct, Sage MAS 200 (Sage 100), and related ERP Finance applications.
• Lead resolution of complex issues related to GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, and Consolidation.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes and ensure business continuity.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Manage application upgrades, releases, configurations, security controls, integrations, and environment governance.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Business stakeholders to optimize ERP operations and reporting processes.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities while ensuring SLA and compliance adherence.
• Provide mentorship to support teams and act as the primary escalation point for critical production issues.
• Strong expertise in Sage Intacct, Sage MAS 200/Sage 100, Financial Accounting, ERP Integrations, SQL, Financial Reporting, and Reconciliation Processes.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills with experience supporting enterprise-scale finance platforms.
