Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking an experienced Administrator to own the administration, configuration and ongoing improvement of accounting platforms. You will monitor incidents and service requests, ensure end-user satisfaction, and work with stakeholders to validate requirements for scalable solutions and a product roadmap.

In this role you will provide ongoing change control, maintenance, and end-user support, oversee software releases and UAT, and coordinate across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years administering accounting platforms.
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of integration points across business/systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

Qualifications And Skills

• 5+ years administering accounting platforms
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of integration points of assigned business/systems and processes.
• Ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Achieving stated objectives within the designated time frame
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Providing analytical skill/content knowledge to contribute to team effort
• Ability to explore alternative approaches to tasks, existing processes, and other objectives
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred

• Exposure to Private Equity a plus
• Experience managing Sage Intacct/Investran
• Experience with JavaScript, SQL and Python.
• Experience using Agile methodology.
