You will coordinate safety events, maintain records, track actions and share lessons learned across the organisation, enabling a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in regulated defence programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination or business support roles.
• Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.
• Experience producing reports and using spreadsheets to monitor information and provide insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and maintaining safety event records, tracking actions through to completion.
• Preparing reports, spreadsheets and performance information for the Health and Safety team.
• Supporting meetings by organizing documentation and recording actions.
• Communicating lessons learned across the business to promote safety culture and improvements.
• Providing admin support for safety investigations and improvement initiatives.
