Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible
Safety Hosts to join our dynamic team. As a Safety Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, creating a secure and enjoyable atmosphere across our venues. You’ll act as the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and professional experience while maintaining a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and monitor the entrance and exit points to ensure a safe flow of people.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor, responding to incidents, concerns, and emergencies.
- Monitor venue capacity and enforce safety regulations.
- Assist in crowd management and intervene in any disruptive behavior with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Conduct routine safety checks around the venue, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Liaise with management, security personnel, and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide first aid assistance when required (training will be provided).
- Handle guest queries and support the overall customer experience by offering friendly and attentive service.
Requirements
- 2 years experience within a similar role would be preferred
- A calm and professional attitude, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain vigilant and proactive in ensuring guest and staff safety.
- Availability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends as per business needs
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations (training will be provided).
- First Aid Certification is a plus, but training can be arranged.
- Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
