We offer a rare opportunity for a part-time, professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist/Host to join our award-winning Porsche Centre in Perth.

What you will do

• Welcome guests into the showroom with warmth and professionalism
• Manage all dealership incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Support VIP sales events on-site, including hosting and organizing catering and equipment
• Coordinate bookings and set up meeting rooms
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Update and manage the front-of-house calendar/diary
• Provide any additional dealership support and administration as needed

What you will need

• Previous receptionist experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A positive and professional attitude and telephone manner
• Dependability and flexibility as part of a team
