Job summary

Airbus Brize Norton site seeks an experienced compliance and quality professional to perform audits under MRP Pt.145 and Pt.M, investigate and analyse root causes, and manage investigations with senior leadership collaboration.

You will promote a strong SMS culture, support improvement projects, and maintain knowledge of regulatory frameworks and aviation safety standards. Flexible working arrangements are provided where possible.

Qualifications

• Audits under MRP Pt.145 and Pt.M in line with procedures and regs.
• Investigations and root cause analysis under Pt.145 and Pt.M.
• Investigation management with senior leadership liaison.
• Promote Compliance and SMS cultures across the organisation.
• Attend departmental and organisational meetings as required.
• Support continuous improvement programs and projects.
• Working knowledge of MRP, CAA Pt.145 and Pt.M regulations.
• Experience in investigations and audits to recognised standards.
• Good knowledge of Quality and Safety Management Systems.
• Aviation engineering awareness and integrity mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits within MRP Pt.145 and Pt.M per local procedures.
• Carry out investigations and root cause analysis under Pt.145 and Pt.M.
• Manage investigations, liaising with Senior Leadership and contacts.
• Promote active Compliance and SMS cultures across the organisation.
• Participate in meetings as required.
• Support continuous improvement programs and projects.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of MRP and Pt.145 Pt.M regs.
• Show experience in investigations and audits to recognised standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Quality and Safety Management Systems.
• Maintain aviation engineering awareness; act with integrity.
