Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Safety Compliance Coordinator for the Technical Services team at Woburn Forest. You will coordinate risk assessments, audits, and safety checks across departments to maintain policy adherence and regulatory compliance.

You will manage biannual legal training and annual refreshers, support onboarding training for new starters, and work closely with the Technical Services Manager and Health and Safety Technician to monitor compliance.

Woburn Forest | Circa £26,700 per annum pro rata

We have an exciting opportunity for a Safety and Compliance Coordinator to join our Technical Services team. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager and working closely with the Health and Safety Technician, you will coordinate and monitor compliance across the division.

• Carry out risk assessments, safety audits and monthly health and safety checks across departments
• Coordinate biannual Legal training and annual refresher sessions with full compliance
• Monitor and support Legal training for new starters, including online modules
• Audit training records and staff transfers to ensure policy adherence

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 hours over a 4‑week period
• You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

• Strong understanding of Technical Services operations and legal compliance requirements
• Proficient in using PC-based learning systems
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to inspire trust and credibility
