Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Safety Compliance Coordinator for the Technical Services team at Woburn Forest. You will coordinate risk assessments, audits, and safety checks across departments to maintain policy adherence and regulatory compliance.

You will manage biannual legal training and annual refreshers, support onboarding training for new starters, and work closely with the Technical Services Manager and Health and Safety Technician to monitor compliance.

• Carry out risk assessments, safety audits and monthly health and safety checks across departments.
• Audit training records and staff transfers to ensure policy adherence.
