Job summary

Center Parcs group is seeking a Safety Compliance Coordinator to join the Technical Services team at Woburn Forest. The role focuses on coordinating risk assessments, audits, and mandatory training to ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations across departments.

You'll work closely with the Technical Services Manager and Health and Safety Technician, supporting new starters and maintaining training records while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Technical Services operations and legal compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using PC-based learning systems.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to inspire trust and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Carry out risk assessments, safety audits and monthly health and safety checks across departments.
• Coordinate biannual Legal training and annual refresher sessions with full compliance.
• Monitor and support Legal training for new starters, including online modules.
• Audit training records and staff transfers to ensure policy adherence.
