Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc Wakefield Operations is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to help maintain a safe, healthy and high-performing workplace. You will work with site leadership and operational teams to drive compliance, support improvement initiatives and foster ownership of safety across the site.

Responsibilities include coordinating risk assessments (COSHH, fire, DSEAR), incident investigations and delivering health and safety plans and training.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting health and safety activities within a manufacturing, logistics or operational environment.
• Experience conducting or supporting health and safety risk assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Supporting compliance with legal, company and ISO requirements across the site.
• Coordinating and supporting risk assessments, including task-based, COSHH, fire, DSEAR and contractor-related assessments.
• Assisting with incident and accident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and effective preventative actions are implemented.
• Supporting the development and delivery of site health and safety plans, campaigns and communications.
• Coordinating safety audits, inspections and monitoring activities to ensure standards are maintained and opportunities for improvement are identified.
