Job summary

The Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc is seeking a learning professional to drive QSE capability across our manufacturing sites in the UK. You will deliver engaging learning programmes, build capability and help leaders embed best practices in daily operations.

We value strong facilitation and coaching skills, stakeholder engagement across functions, and a passion for improving quality, safety and the environment.

You'll work closely with operational leaders, QSE specialists and site teams to develop capability, support compliance requirements and help create safer, more efficient ways of working.  What you'll be doing
