We are seeking an experienced Quality & Nuclear Safety Manager to ensure ISO 19443 certification for our UK nuclear team and support nuclear projects. This role involves liaising between the UK team and our headquarters in France to align quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Promoting a strong nuclear safety culture through training and communication
• Managing nuclear safety and quality documentation
• Leading internal audits and preparing for external audits with corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, and QHSEEth regulations
• Acting as the primary contact between UK and French teams for quality and safety strategies
• Facilitating communication and knowledge transfer across teams
• Collaborating with project teams in the UK, France, and internationally to share best practices and improve safety and quality performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Safety Management, or related fields
• Experience in nuclear safety, quality management, and ISO 19443 certification processes
• Knowledge of international nuclear projects and regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a matrix organization
