Role Overview:

The role involves managing the implementation and effectiveness of a quality management system to meet business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements. It requires engaging with stakeholders to ensure compliance, supporting business resilience, and enabling change and improvement initiatives.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Delivering elements of the annual business plan within time and budget.
• Managing external certification audits and supporting achievement of new certifications.
• Organising and leading internal audits, producing reports, and investigating non-conformance root causes.
• Reviewing management system content for appropriateness and improvement.
• Driving efficiency through new systems and process improvements.
• Ensuring quality report data is accurate and timely.
• Developing communication materials and managing management review activities.
• Providing recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance system effectiveness.
• Supporting business development and delivering training programs.
• Monitoring supply chain performance and supporting suppliers' QMS capabilities.
• Contributing to the company's net zero carbon transition efforts.

You’ll Need To Have:

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO9001 standards.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience in development and implementation of operational tools and techniques.
• Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and construction sector knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and data analysis tools.
• Educational background at degree level or equivalent, with formal auditor training.
• Line management and quality assurance experience, including internal audits.

You’ll Also Have:

• Experience with digital control tools and project controls processes.
• Ability to influence senior management and manage stakeholder relationships.
