An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Governance team for an individual to join the Women and Children's Care Group as a Band 7 Safety and Quality Improvement Manager for months. Working closely with clinical teams and safety and quality lead, the post holder will lead risk management and clinical governance processes within the Care Group, focusing on Women's services: maternity, gynaecology, and fertility services.
You should be educated to degree level or have relevant experience, with strong communication, analysis, and organizational skills. The role requires building strong working relationships with clinical and non-clinical colleagues at all levels within the Care Group and wider organization, and the ability to present to diverse audiences.
Please note, the post can be based on either site, with some flexibility for cross-site cover, which can be discussed at interview.
Working hours: Monday-Friday. For registered midwives, there will be an on-call midwifery manager commitment.
