Job summary

LiveScore Group is seeking a Player Protection Analyst to review member accounts for signs of harm, assess risk, and intervene with at‑risk players. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to provide safer gambling guidance and support customer wellbeing.

The role starts with an office‑based 4‑month probation period, then hybrid work with 2 days in the office per week. Expect 37.5 hours weekly across Monday to Sunday, with a supportive team focused on empathy, accurate

Responsibilities

• Speaking directly with customers by phone to discuss gambling activity, explore concerns, and provide safer gambling guidance.
• Handle regular inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chats related to safer gambling and customer wellbeing.
• Review customer accounts to identify signs of harm or risky behaviour.
• Assess customer behaviour, affordability and verbal admissions to decide safety actions.
• Record accurate notes of all reviews, conversations and decisions.
• Exercise expert judgment to apply interventions based on risk assessments to protect players.
