Job summary

Rank Group is recruiting for a Player Protection Analyst to assess customer activity and risk, supporting safer gambling and AML decisions across venues and online channels. You will apply investigative techniques and collaborate with teams to close information gaps and improve case outcomes.

Initial 12-week training occurs at the Sheffield office, Monday to Friday, with a remote workflow thereafter. Hours are 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00, five days a week with weekends included in the pattern.

Responsibilities

• Support the Player Protection Team Leader on safer gambling, affordability and AML matters.
• Analyse individual customer activity, risk and background using data and investigative techniques to inform protection processes.
• Identify customers showing signs of problem gambling or potential illicit funding and raise higher-risk cases.
• Investigate sources of funding for at-risk customers across digital and retail channels.
• Recommend account management actions for at-risk customers and consult with the Team Leader on decisions.
• Work with colleagues, digital/retail stakeholders and the High-Value Customer team to ensure consistent, cross-channel case handling.
