Crealy Theme Park and Resort in Exeter is seeking a proactive Security Team member dedicated to delivering exceptional guest care while safeguarding our parks across all guest areas.

You will conduct tours, monitor guest behaviour, assist guests in need, and support evening entertainment with a friendly on-site presence. A valid SIA license and full UK driving licence are essential, along with reliable, clear English communication.

We are looking for someone to join our Security Team here at Crealy Theme Park and Resort. The right candidate will be an enthusiastic customer services champion who will conduct regular tours of all guest areas of the park to ensure guest behaviour is managed in line with the park rules and moreover to aid guests in need of assistance.

You will also be expected to maintain a friendly presence during our evening entertainment to ensure that guest behaviour is managed in our venues.

You will need a full driving licence as there may be a requirement for you to drive the Company vehicles on site.

Hours will be rostered in advance. You must also be flexible to meet the peak and off-peak demands of our opening.

The Details

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour with a £2.00 per hour bonus (bonus is paid at the end of the contract)

Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm This role requires you to be available to workweekends, during school holiday periods, and bank holidays, although we can be flexible in the shift patterns if necessary. – This role will end 1 st November 2026
