Job summary

Colton Hills Community School is seeking an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead to oversee all safeguarding aspects within the school. You will work with students, staff, SLT, Governors and external agencies to provide expert support and ensure policies are implemented effectively.

The role involves acting as the key contact for safeguarding concerns and leading ongoing safeguarding improvements across the school to benefit our students and community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safeguarding in a school setting.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead safeguarding across the school and coordinate with staff, SLT, Governors and external agencies.
• Be the main point of contact for safeguarding concerns and ensure policy compliance.
