Witherslack Group in Bristol is seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead to join the leadership team at Turner Court Primary School. You will liaise with agencies, parents and staff to safeguard wellbeing and child protection. You will provide expert guidance and support within a dynamic educational setting.

You will lead safeguarding daily, collaborate with colleagues across WG locations, and contribute to an outstanding educational experience for up to 50 pupils with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in Designated Safeguarding Lead role.
• Comprehensive CPD portfolio in Safeguarding and Child Protection.
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem resolution skills.
• Genuinely empathetic approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Safeguard within the school and liaise with statutory and non-statutory agencies, parents and staff.
• Be a great source of support, advice and expertise in the team.
• Collaborate with other WG colleagues to progress and develop safeguarding practices.
