Witherslack Group seeks an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead for Turner Court Primary School in Bristol. You will oversee safeguarding across the school, liaising daily with agencies, parents and staff to ensure wellbeing and child protection standards are met.

Reporting to the Head Teacher, you will join a collaborative leadership team dedicated to high‑quality education and safeguarding for pupils with complex needs. A CPD portfolio and full UK driving licence are valued assets.

Formación

• At least 3 years' experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Comprehensive CPD portfolio in safeguarding and child protection.
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem‑resolution skills.
• Empathetic approach is essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safeguarding across the school and liaise with statutory and non‑statutory agencies, parents and staff on wellbeing and safeguarding.
• Provide expert safeguarding advice and support to the leadership team.
• Report to the Head Teacher and work within the leadership team to drive best practices in safeguarding.
