Rickley Park Primary School is recruiting a Designated Safeguarding Officer & Family Support Worker on a permanent basis. The role operates during term time (39 weeks) with standard school hours to support pupils and families and safeguard welfare.

The successful candidate will work with our safeguarding team to promote safety, liaise with external agencies and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive both in school and at home.

Qualificações

• Experience in safeguarding within an educational setting.
• Ability to coordinate safeguarding procedures effectively.
• Experience liaising with external agencies and professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the welfare, safety and wellbeing of pupils.
• Coordinate safeguarding procedures and responses.
• Liaise with external agencies and families as required.
• Support vulnerable pupils and their families to overcome barriers to learning and wellbeing.
