St Mary’s CE (VA) Primary School in Kidderminster is seeking a Family Support and Safeguarding Officer to join our school community. This 30-hour-per-week, all-year post offers a stable, rewarding role supporting families and safeguarding children.

The successful candidate will work with parents, carers and professionals to improve attendance, behaviour and wellbeing, and ensure compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑agency teams with families to positively change behaviours.
• Ensure universal and targeted services are accessible to parents and carers.
• Embed safeguarding procedures and uphold Keeping Children Safe in Education.
