Job summary

Derby Homes is seeking a Safeguarding Information Coordinator to support safeguarding arrangements and multi-agency information sharing. You will coordinate safeguarding information, support referrals and case management, and maintain accurate records and performance data while liaising with partner agencies to ensure timely, safe responses for vulnerable individuals.

The role requires confidentiality, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with professionals

Qualifications

• Experience in safeguarding, housing, administration or information management.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to analyse and present information clearly.
• Professional communication with a range of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safeguarding information from across the organisation and ensure it is accurate and secure.
• Support referrals and case management processes and help embed best practice.
• Maintain records and performance data to inform service improvements.
• Serve as a key contact between Derby Homes and partner agencies.
