Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a compliance or vetting role.
• Education recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies in documents.
• Highly organised with clear, articulate communication.

Responsibilities

• Safer recruitment: manage, maintain, and safeguard the vetting process for all education staff before deployment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory legislation, including KCSIE.
• Act as a primary contact for urgent safeguarding concerns when the lead DSL is unavailable.
