Job summary

Spinwell Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Safeguarding Coordinator to join public sector assignments on a fixed-term contract until 16 February 2027. The role pays £21.73 per hour via intermediary and sits in a safeguarding context.

You will conduct risk assessments for adults and children at risk, compile reports from IT systems, attend multi-agency meetings, and work both independently and as part of a team to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level standard in English Language or equivalent or have work experience requiring the use of English Language to this standard.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SAFEGUARDING COORDINATOR

• Educated to A-Level standard in English Language or equivalent or have work experience requiring the use of English Language to this standard.
• Experience working within a confidential environment.
• Able to compile data into report format accurately and concisely by researching IT systems and other means.
• Good analytical and investigative skills.
• Able to use initiative, particularly in problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, including excellent listening skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, planning and organising own workload in a busy pressurised environment to meet deadlines.
• Able to effectively and calmly manage conflict.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
