Qualifications

• Experience with safeguarding and compliance processes.
• Familiar with DBS checks and Right to Work verifications.
• Excellent record keeping and data input.

Responsibilities

• Perform safeguarding and vetting checks for candidates.
• Verify Right to Work and identity documents.
• Conduct DBS, safeguarding, and prohibition checks.
• Verify qualifications and training records.
• Check employment history and references.
• Follow up for outstanding documentation by phone and email.
• Support consultants with compliance queries.
• Escalate safeguarding concerns when needed.
• Liaise with schools, authorities, referees and professional bodies.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Produce weekly compliance reports for management.
• Ensure branch activities comply with legislation and policies.
