Job summary

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking an administrative professional to join the safeguarding children Child Death review Administration team. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CDR team and CDOP, handling confidential information with care.

The role includes managing the electronic CDOP system, coordinating meetings, monitoring case progress, and supporting partner agencies involved in the child death review process.

Qualifications

• GCSEs grade C or above, or equivalent.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Good IT skills including all office applications and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Child Death Review (CDR) Team, including the Joint Agency Response (JAR) process and CDOP.
• Coordinate meetings, monitor case progress, and gather/maintain accurate information.
• Offer administrative support to partner agencies involved in the child death review process.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and compassion.
