Job summary

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust in Hertfordshire is seeking a part-time Safeguarding Admin role to support the Child Death Review team. 26 hours per week with flexible working and a 5% High Cost Area Supplement (pro rata). Interviews scheduled for early November 2026.

The post involves coordinating the Child Death Review (CDR) Team activities, supporting CDOP, and ensuring efficient admin across partner agencies. Prioritises discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• GCSEs grade C or above or equivalent.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Child Death Review (CDR) Team, including JAR and CDOP processes.
• Coordinate meetings, monitor case progress and maintain accurate information across partner agencies.
• Support the management of the eCDOP system and handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
