Job summary

Chiltern Way Academy Wendover seeks a dedicated safeguarding-focused professional to join its safeguarding team. You will provide pastoral and therapeutic support to students aged 11-19 with ASC/SEMH, and respond to safeguarding and welfare concerns.

Working closely with families and external agencies, you will help manage EBSA and contribute to a strong safeguarding culture across the campus. A clean driving licence and use of a car during work hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, families and external agencies.
• Experience working in a multi-agency environment is preferred.

Responsibilities
