Job summary

Chiltern Way Academy Wendover is seeking a safeguarding-focused role within our safeguarding team, working closely with the Safeguarding, Welfare and Attendance Manager (SWAM). You will provide pastoral and therapeutic support to students, respond to safeguarding, attendance and welfare concerns, and work with families and external agencies.

We value multi-agency collaboration, supporting EBSA and building a strong safeguarding team.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to work professionally in a multi-agency environment
