Job summary

AO Retail Limited is seeking an enthusiastic operational teammate to help load vehicles safely, stay compliant with transport rules, and support daily deliveries. You’ll monitor loads, assist with sorting issues, and train new starters on Safe Systems of Work and core Health & Safety practices.

Join a hands-on team that communicates clearly, coordinates daily priorities, and maintains a customer-focused operation behind the scenes to keep deliveries running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in safe loading and transport compliance.
• Experience supporting and training new starters.
• Strong communication and handover skills.
• Ability to work as part of a hands-on team.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and minor repairs ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure loads are secured, loaded safely and compliant with transport rules.
• Monitor deliveries and assist with sorting issues promptly.
• Help new starters settle in with Safe Systems of Work and Health & Safety basics.
• Share priorities daily/weekly and ensure smooth handovers and communications.
• Collaborate with the team to distribute tasks and support operations.
